How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order. Each product at ScentedHouse has an estimated delivery time of approximately 3-7 business days.

 

What's your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or a replacement within 30 days.
Any returned goods must not be used with packaging and proof of purchase to be included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty. It is the customers responsibility for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed to be faulty.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong product, wrong size, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us on ascentedhouse@gmail.com or call us on 0406 171 614
